Labtam is pleased to announce the installation and commissioning of it new Saki BF-series inspection system. Called the Bf-Voyager this equipment offers high throughput, high resolution inspection of surface mount placement and soldering. The system is capable of inspecting the largest of circuit boards (or panels of boards). It provides total inspections including inspection of solder printing condition so important in the effective loading of BGA/CSP devises. Labtam is continually looking at ways to improve the quality of it process and this equipment is capable of adding significantly to our quality inspection processes which ultimately reduces the opportunity for field failures. The system is cost effective high speed system with a line scanning mechanism. It brilliantly illuminates boards and inspects with the highest efficiency and features full coaxial incident illumination allowing the operator to identify and fix faults quickly and easily. |
