Labtam has updated the SMT Line with a New Yamaha Surface Mounter YVL88 II and YTF100A Pick & Place Tray Feeder with Buffer Conveyor.
The YVL88 II introduced here adds new advancements in function and performance while also improving part mounting accuracy and increased adaptability through added capability to handle diversified parts and circuit boards.The Supply Tray Feeder YTF100A featuring fixed upper and lower magazines was redesigned on the same principle as the front/rear feeder plate system so that when the parts run out in the trays arranged in the magazine on one side operation switches to the magazine on the other side. Replenishment of parts can then conducted while parts are being supplied from the second magazine. This feeder can hold up to 100 kinds of tray and simultaneously supply up to three types of components to a mounter.
